As directed by this Court on 09.01.2015, a report dated 23.01.2015 has been obtained by the Registry from the Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputhur, where, HMOP.No.88 of 2011 is pending. In the said report, it has been stated that HMOP.No.88 of 2011 was allowed by the Subordinate Court, Srivilliputhur, on 03.02.2012 by passing ex parte order, since the respondent had not filed counter on the date of hearing on 03.02.2012, despite time was granted for filing counter. 2.In view of the above, nothing survives in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed.
