ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "To direct the respondent to issue License to the petitioner for "M/s.S.K.Ayurvedic Clinic at No. 157-A, First Floor, P.K.N.Road. Bypass Road, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District" by considering representation dated 08.10.2025"

2. The learned Standing Counsel on instructions would submit that as and when the petitioner makes an application under Rule 299 of Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Rules, the same would be considered and orders passed.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make an application under Rule 299 of Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Rules within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after a period of four (4)

weeks therefrom. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
