This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Family Judge, Tiruchirappalli, to expedite the trial in M.C.No.89 of 2022, within stipulated time fixed by this Court. 1/3

2.The petitioner/husband facing proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C. in M.C.No.89 of 2022. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is working in Indian Army. Because of his job nature, he is not able to appear before the trial Court regularly.

3.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Tiruchirappalli, to expedite the trial process in M.C.No.89 of 2022, pending on his file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
