ORDER

The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal District Munsif Court at Padmanabhapuram to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.17 of 2023.

2.A suit was filed in O.S. No. 17 of 2023 challenging the removal of the office bearers of the first defendant Society and for other reliefs. In the said suit, after filing of the written statement, amendment was ordered and the same is yet to be carried out. 3.Considering the nature of relief sought for, that too against the Society, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to carry out the necessary amendments within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Principal District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram shall dispose of the suit in O.S.No.17 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible but not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
