PRAYER :- Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, directing the respondents 1 to 3, particularly the 3rd respondent to take appropriate legal action on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.09.2025 in accordance with law of BNSS 2023. For Petitioner : Mr.R. Murugappan, For R1 to R3 : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor

ORDER

The petitioner has sought for direction to the third respondent to take appropriate legal action on the petitioner's complaint dated 26.09.2025

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending only to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out in said complaint and the same would be completed within two weeks.

3. In view of the above said submission, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to complete the enquiry, after giving notice to the 2/5

petitioner and the counter parties, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, the third respondent police shall communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any action of the third respondent, he may seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
