Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner seeks license for running piggery farm in the petition mentioned survey number. He has given representation dated 05.12.2023.
3.The third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and dispose of petitioner's request on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The issue is left to the discretion of the third respondent. 2/4
