ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by the aided non-minority stand alone Institution seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent to approve the appointment of Mr.R.Saravanan in the post of P.G Assistant in Tamil in the Town Higher Secondary School with effect from 08.12.2023.

2. Considering the fact that the School is a non-minority stand alone Institution, the authorities have to verify the staff fixation order for the relevant academic year and for the relevant subject. Incase if the appointments have been made within the staff fixation order, they are duty bound to approve the said appointments.

3. In view of the above said facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the application and pass orders approving the appointment of Mr.R.Saravanan as P.G Assistant in Tamil, in case if the appointment is made within the staff fixation order for the academic year 2023-2024. 2/4

4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
