O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct respondent No.1 to strictly instruct the respondents No.2 and 3 for not to harass the petitioner and his family members. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is involved in two murder cases. Only for watching movement of the petitioner, frequent visit is made by the third respondent to the petitioner's residence. Except that, there is no harassment to the petitioner.

3. Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that before the third respondent Police, no case is registered against the petitioner. Two murder cases registered against the petitioner are under trial process now.

4. The third respondent may issue summon to the petitioner, if any trouble is created by the petitioner. Watching and visiting the residence of the petitioner during midnight may not be proper. If any specific information is needed, the third respondent can very well summon the petitioner.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
