ORDER
When the case came up for hearing on 22.12.2023, the case was referred to mediation.
2.Today (08.03.2024), when the case came up for hearing, mediation report was filed before this Court and in the mediation report, both the parties have entered into compromise.
3.As per the mediation report, both the parties had arrived at a compromise and they did not have any intention to proceed with the criminal case.
4.In the light of the mediation report in Mediation File No.07 of 2024 dated 22.12.2023, the matter had been amicably settled between the parties. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is closed. 08.03.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No jbr 2/4
