ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to disburse the petitioner's Gratuity amount of Rs.54,906/- Provident Fund amount of Rs.17,450/- and RBSR full amount with interest at the rate of 12 percent within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the fact that the balance amount payable to the petitioner towards gratuity, provident Fund and RBSR have also been reflected in the information that has been provided under the RTI Act, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to disburse the arrears of terminal benefits payable to the petitioner together with interest for the belated payment at the rate of 6% per annum within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order 04.11.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No tta 2/4
