When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer of the petitioner is to challenge the summon, dated 05.12.2023 for inspection of the property on 06.12.2023, 07.12.2023 and 08.12.2023. Since the dates were already over, the prayer sought for in the criminal original petition become infructuous.

2.Recording the aforesaid submission, this petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
