ORDER

This petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his wife under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by one S.Raja, an enquiry is pending and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the above said enquiry within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that the respondent police shall not interfere in the civil disputes.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
