The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District to complete the trial in C.C.No.77 of 2021, within a stipulated time. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the case in C.C.No.77 of 2021 has already been quashed by this Court vide order made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7682 of 2022 dated 27.02.2024. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
