This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to comply with the order dated 19.10.2024, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai, in C.R.M.P.No.3016 of 2024, and to register an FIR against the proposed accused.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that an FIR has been registered.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
