Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.PRAVEENKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to grant extension the time granted in Crl.M.P(MD) No.16144 of 2023 in Crl.M.P(MD) No.14290 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.16093 of 2023 dated 20.11.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to comply the condition imposed upon the petitioner. Due to financial crisis, he is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order, dated 20.11.2023.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 20.11.2023 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically vacated.
