ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been field for issuing a direction to the Family Court, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil to dispose the HMOP.No.276 of 2019, within the time stipulated by this 1/4

Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since it is only for speedy disposal of the case, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the evidence of PW.1 was over on 20.08.2022 itself, the said HMOP is being adjourned for the past 1 1⁄2 years for RW.1's evidence. Hence, he filed this petition seeking early disposal of said HMOP.No.279 of 2019.

4. Since the matter is pending from 2019, there shall be a direction to the Judge, Family Court, Kanniyakumari District at Nagercoil, to dispose of the HMOP.No.276 of 2019, pending on his file, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
