(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J.) Mr.Mohaboob Athiff, learned counsel, for Mr.T.Eashwar, who accepts notice for R1 and Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for R2 to R5 do not contest grant leave petition.

2. A perusal of the order dated 21.08.2024 also indicates that certain directions have been issued as against the District Revenue Officer, Thanjavur, who was not a party to that order. Hence, it would appropriate that this petition be allowed. This petition is allowed.

3. Let the Writ Appeal be numbered and listed for admission in due course, if it is otherwise in order.
