ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. Sale deed dated 30.09.2025 was executed by the writ petitioner in favour of the fourth respondent. The document was presented for registration. The third respondent declined to register the document by citing the bar under Section 22(A) of the Act. However, a formal order has not been issued till date.

3. The fourth respondent gives an undertaking before this Court that after the document is registered, he will not undertake any developmental activity without getting the land purchased by him duly recognized. In other words, without getting approval or permission from the competent authority, the fourth respondent herein / purchaser will not put up construction.

4. Recording the aforesaid undertaking given by the purchaser through his counsel, the parties are permitted to re-present the document. It shall be registered and released by the third respondent subject to fulfilment of other usual formalities.
