PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose the review petition dated 11.06.2025 submitted by the Petitioner to cancel the Patta issued in Patta No.2858 for the property in Dindigul District, Nilakottai Taluk, Vattalagundu Village to an extent of 8 Cents in new survey Nos.1247/6, 1247/7, 1247/8 and 1247/10 (Old Survey Nos.381/5 and 381/3) within a time frame as may be fixed by this court.

ORDER

After filing a review before the first respondent on 11.06.2025, the petitioner seeks early disposal thereof.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. He submits that the first respondent would consider and dispose of the review on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's revision on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the pattadhar. No costs.
