ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader drew my attention to the order dated 20.02.2024 made in Cont.P(MD)Nos.2595, 2659 of 2023 & 44 of 2024. The said petitions were filed by individuals. The following order was passed: 2/5

"After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents and after going through the status report filed by the respondents 1 to 3, I am satisfied that the order of this Court has not been breached. If the petitioners have any further grievance, it is always open to them to move this Court again for relief.

2.These contempt petitions are closed accordingly." In respect of the very same order, the Association has come up with the contempt petition. This contempt petition has to be closed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
