The petitioner has sought for a direction to the second respondent not to harass him under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was conducted based on the complaint given by respondents 3 to 9 and the said enquiry has now been closed. Hence, the petitioner would not be called for enquiry anymore.
