ORDER

The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District to conclude the Trial in H.M.O.P.No.111 of 2022 within a reasonable time as stipulated by this Court.

2.Considering the limited relief sought for in this Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondent shall stand dispensed with. 3.The present H.M.O.P has been filed by the petitioner seeking divorce on the ground of cruelty, in which, the respondent has filed applications in the year 2024 seeking permanent alimony, maintenance and return of Sridhana Properties. In view of the pendency of these applications, further proceedings in the H.M.O.P have been adjourned inspite of pleadings have been completed in the said H.M.O.P. 4.In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Pattukottai, Thanjavur to dispose of I.A.Nos.31 and 32 of 2024 along with H.M.O.P.No.111 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible but not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
