Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records in C.C.no.65 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court II, Virudhunagar and quash the same.

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar vide the letter in D.No.1098 dated 25.07.2018, this Court made the following this Order:

In view of the reasons given by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar, in her letter, dated 25.07.2018 time is extended by two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, finally, for the disposal of the proceedings in C.C.No.65 of 2013. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted at any cost and the learned Trial Judge should strictly adhere to the time schedule.
