Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner seeks what is known as Integrated Certificate. She has submitted an application before the Tahsildar, Kumbakonam.

3. The Tahsildar, Kumbakonam is directed to conduct enquiry and if the petitioner is eligible and fulfilling all the parameters, issue such an Integrated Certificate within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
