ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to remove and relocate the high tension electric wires, passing over my building in D.No.4/897 either by changing their route entirely or by installing a stray bar on the electric pole in such a way that the wires can run on the western side, i.e., away from my roof of the petitioner property situated in old S.No. 300/1 and New S.No.300/1A measuring 7.5 Ares situated in Saliyamangalam Village, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District based on petitioner's representation dated 22-07-2025 and pass such other and further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit to the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice."

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is informed that the iron electric pole which was erected in front of the petitioner's building will be moved forward to the road margin subject to the petitioner paying prescribed fee.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of with the following directions:- i. The petitioner shall submit an online application for shifting the afore mentioned iron electric pole;

ii. The respondents shall intimate the petitioner about the prescribed fee within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of the online application;

iii. The petitioner shall pay the prescribed fee within a period of two (2) weeks therefrom;

iv. On receipt of the same, the respondents shall shift the iron electric pole within a period of three (3) weeks therefrom; v. No costs.
