O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 115 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Heard Mr.Veera Kathiravan, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader, for the petitioners and Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 2 and 3. Despite service of notice on the first respondent and his name appears in the cause list, there is no representation for him.
3. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioners have explained the delay in filing the above appeal.
4. We are satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit. Hence, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 115 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
