ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The relief sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court for relief. If the petitioner files any suit, it shall be numbered immediately. If any Interlocutory Application is filed by the petitioner it shall also be taken on file and disposed of as expeditiously as possible. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
