PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the petitioner's property comprised in survey Nos.343/6 and 343/7, situated at Palkulam village, Kalaiyarkovil Taluk, Sivagangai district, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2025, within the stipulated time fixed by this court.

ORDER

By relying on patta No.4543 in respect of S.Nos.343/6 and 343/7, the petitioner had applied online for the conduct of a survey. The present writ petition relates thereto.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate(crl.side) side accepts notice on behalf of the 3rd respondent. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that action would be taken on the petitioner's application for survey within three months. 3.On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that there is no rival title claim. The revenue records stand in the petitioner's name. In these circumstances, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to initiate action on the petitioner's application for survey and complete the entire process within three 2/4

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands and considering objections, if any, from them. No costs.
