By relying on a sale deed dated 19.08.2019 and patta No.9023, the petitioner had applied online for a survey of land in survey No.200/22B on 07.09.2025. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice for the third respondent. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that the petitioner's application would be considered and appropriate action would be taken within three (3) months.

3. The petitioner has placed on record both title and revenue records. Therefore, it is just and necessary that the petitioner's application be considered.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2/4

first and second respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's application and complete the entire process within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to owners of adjoining lands and considering objections, if any, from them.
