PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13741 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13741 of 2025, dated 17.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is having serious life threat from the defacto complainant and he prays for modification of the said condition

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is having life threat, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 13741 of 2025 dated 17.09.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathpuram, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2/4

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
