[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] Though number of grounds have been urged to assail the correctness and validity of the order passed by the District Revenue Order rejecting the application seeking cancellation of Patta granted in favour of the private respondents, taking into consideration the material on record and the nature of dispute, which is essentially a disputed question of fact, this court is not inclined to go into merits of this writ petition.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has, otherwise, an instantaneous remedy of filing a civil suit.
