PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to take necessary action to rectify and remove the wrong entry Sarkkar Poramboke Pathway in the Town Survey register with regard to the Survey land in Survey No.26, Plot No.13 (Extent 712-1/2 Sq.Ft.), Block No.103, Survey Ward No.1, Anupanadi Village, Madurai South, Madurai District and grant patta to the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2025, within stipulated time may be fixed by this court.

ORDER

By relying on sale deed dated 24.04.2023, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 22.03.2025 for correction of the alleged error in the Town Survey Land Register relating to T.S.No.26. The present writ petition relates thereto.

2.Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the 3rd respondent would consider and dispose of the petitioner's request on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2025 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner. No costs.
