ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Venkatesh Kumar Advocate for M/S.Ajmal Associates for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi Government Advocate (Crl.side ) for the Respondent, this Court made the following order: "This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP (MD)No.11634 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11295 of 2023 on 11.08.2023.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.11634 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11295 of 2023, is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation."
