ORDER

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in the case in Crime No.104/2023 on the file of the third respondent police to the second respondent or any other independent officer under the supervision of the first respondent police, based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.12.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already investigation has been completed and the petition was closed as mistake of fact. 2/4

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate forum for appropriate remedy, if he is aggrieved by the closure of the complaint in the manner known to law. 21.04.2026 apd To
