PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 04.08.2025 to direct the 3rd Respondent to conduct survey of the petitioner land in Sy.No.406/15A situated in Akkiyampatti Village, Marungapuri Taluk, Trichy District, and to fixed for four boundaries, within the time stipulated by this court. 1/4

ORDER

By relying on sale deed dated 19.12.2022 and patta No.568 in the name of the petitioner's father, the petitioner had applied for the conduct of survey. 2.Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He has placed on record the survey notice scheduling the survey on 30.10.2025. It appears that such notice has been issued not only to the petitioner but also to Thangarasu, Udayamani, Selvam and Shakti. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record the death certificate of his father and the legal heirship certificate showing the names of his mother Vasantha and his brother Thangaraj as the surviving class one legal heirs. Therefore, it is necessary to issue notice to them. It is also necessary to issue notice to owners of relevant adjacent lands. 4.Subject to the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st and 3rd respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's 2/4

application for survey and conclude such survey within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to persons mentioned in the earlier paragraph and considering objections, if any, from them.
