(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The learned Advocate General appearing for respondents 4 to 15 fairly submitted that the Government Order in G.O. (I.D.) No. 639, Revenue and Disaster Management (SS-1(2)) Department, dated 30.09.2025, which was challenged in the writ petition, has been withdrawn by the Government through G.O. (I.D.) No. 175, Revenue and Disaster Management [SS-1(2)] Department, dated 19.02.2026, and that a new scheme will be formulated. 4/8

2. In view of the above, since G.O. (I.D.) No. 639, dated 30.09.2025, has already been withdrawn by the Government, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
