ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to set aside the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, in Cr.M.P.No.2191 of 2013 dated 26.04.2013.
2.The case of the petitioner is that he was implicated for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC. He was enlarged on anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Court, in Cr.M.P.No.125 of 2013 dated 24.01.2013 on condition that the petitioner has to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of thirteen days. After complying the condition, the petitioner filed a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. before the Lower Court to modifiy the said condition, on the ground that the petitioner is an employee in the Multi National Company, Bangalore and the Company has directed the petitioner/accused to join the duty forthwith by wire. Considering the said fact, the Lower Court modified the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
period of four months. Against which, the present petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminals side) would submit that while pending this petition, the Law Enforcing Agency has conducted the investigation and filed a final report before the competent Court. 4.In view of the above submission, after four years, I do not find as anything survives for further adjudication in this case, this criminal original petition is closed.
