ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.R.Vidhya, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s.S.Mani Kandan, Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondents, this Court made the following order: "This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.15885 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD)No.910 of 2023 dated 10.11.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.15885 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD)No.910 of 2023 dated 10.11.2023 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court on receipt of summons. "
