This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to transfer the investigation of the case in crime no.3 of 2023 from the hands of the 3rd respondent to the 4th respondent or any competent investigation agency.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Special Court, Madurai by way of efiling in No.LTN20230002993C202500005 on 14.07.2025.
