ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order, dated 03.11.2023 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2023 in O.S.No.176 of 2023 on the file of the Subordinate Court at Kuzhithurai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire loan amount was settled on 27.06.2024, for which, the Indian Overseas Bank /1st respondent had issued a letter, dated 28.06.2024 stating that entire loan amount of Rs.1,84,000/- was paid by the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent submits that the entire loan amount of Rs.1,84,000/- was settled and the suit in O.S.No. 176 of 2023 on the file of the Sub Court, Kuzhithurai, was disposed of.

4. Recording the settlement that was made out of the Court between the parties, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. Memo filed by the petitioner, dated 11.07.2024 and the letter issued by the first 2/4

respondent, dated 28.06.2024 shall form part of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. Speaking : Yes / No 19.01.2026 NCC : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Indu To The Subordinate Court at Kuzhithurai.
