2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is money transaction between the parties. The complaint was given on 20.12.2023 and the same was enquired in C.S.R.No.1084 of 2023.

3.Since it is a money dispute, let the above said complaint be closed by the respondent police by advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
