This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate Police Protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner, based on the Petitioner's Complaint, dated 05.06.2023.

2. When the case came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner was present.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the dispute with regard to land between the parties. Based on the Complaint of the Petitioner, C.S.R was registered and after due enquiry, C.S.R was closed as "Civil in Nature ".

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Petition is closed.
