ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to remove his name in the history sheet list in H.S.No.5/2020 maintained by the second respondent by considering his representation dated 23.09.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered in terms of the guidelines laid down by this Court in Thirumagan and another vs. The Superintendent of Police, Madurai District and others, reported in 2020-2-L.W. (Crl.) 266, within a period four weeks.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.09.2025 and pass appropriate 2/4

orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
