Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the first respondent to initiate action on the Petitioner s complaint dated 20.08.2010 against the 3rd respondent and consequently forbear the 3rd respondent from interfering with the life of the Petitioner except in a manner provide under law. He filed a Writ of Mandamus directing the Superintendent of Police to initiate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 20.08.2010 against the Sub https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Inspector of Police, CID Branch, Thanjavur and consequently, to forbear the said official from interfering with the life of the petitioner except in the manner provided under Law. 2.The above writ petition was taken up by the learned single Judge along with another similar writ petition filed in W.P.(MD) No.12236 of 2010 for disposal. The learned Judge after considering the rival pleadings of the parties and also the submissions made before him, dismissed the writ petitions by specifically observing that the writ petitioners were practicing the Sidha Medicine without valid licence and the third respondent/Inspector of Police, has conducted the investigation based on the directions issued by the Superintendent of Police.

3.It is also pointed out by the learned single Judge that there were anonymous complaints received against the petitioners and therefore, the investigation was conducted without violation of any Rules. When such being the factual finding rendered by the learned single Judge, we do not find any reason to interfere with such finding, more particularly, when the Police sought to investigate the matter based on the complaint issued against the petitioner and another.
