O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and initiate appropriate action against the respondents No. 3 to 6 based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 20.03.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.147 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared. The above said enquiry was closed on 21.06.2023, advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil process.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. The petitioner can abide by the direction issued by the respondents No.1 and 2 or take further action, if so aggrieved. 2/4

4. With this direction and liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
