behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16245 of 2023, dated 20.09.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 26.10.2023 only. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16245 of 2023, dated 20.09.2023 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
