O RDER This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent No. 2 herein to not to harass the petitioner on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the respondent No.4. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before either one of the respondent herein, since the fourth respondent has given complaint not only before the second respondent, but, also before the third respondent. 3.In view of the above said, let the third respondent take up the enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent. If any enquiry is pending in this regard with the second respondent, the same shall be forwarded to the third respondent immediately and the third respondent shall complete the enquiry, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
