(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Mr.A.C.Namburaj, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, has made an endorsement to the effect that the petitioner does not wish to pursue this Writ Petition.

2.In view of the endorsement so made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted to file an appeal under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905. Such an appeal will be filed within a period of two weeks from today and the same shall be taken on file without reference to limitation, but ensuring compliance with all other statutory parameters.
