This writ petition is for writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 to 8 and dispose of the petitioner's complaint dated 18.07.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that pursuant to the petitioner's complaint, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of two weeks. 2/4

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 to 8 within a period of two (2) weeks from today.
