ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.KUMARAPPAN, J.) The present writ petition has been filed for removal of encroachment in Survey No.26, Thelur Group Palankulam Village, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

2. When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R4 would submit that they have already conducted survey and and identified three encroachments 2/4

and they are contemplating action under the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the grievance of the petitioner is resolved. Hence, we deem it appropriate to close the Writ Petition.
